Lamar University & Spaced Out Radio Vote

This Monday Spaced Out Radio from Houston, Texas will be teaming up with Lamar University SGA and Student Associations to host a Voter's Registration at Lamar University's Setizer Center starting at 10am. We will have several registration volunteers to help get students and people in the community registered on the last day to register. We will have entertainment and autograph signings from several hip-hop artist including Wickett Crickett, whom mentors Paul Wall, Mike Jones, Slim Thugg and many houston rappers. We will have comedian, Kiana Dancie, to host an entertainment session inside of the Setizer Center during the register and at the registration concert later that night. The Voter's Registration will start at 10 am and the event will go on until we get our last voter registered. The concert will start at 10pm and will end at 1am.

I am excited about the efforts of our community getting involved in the political process. I look forward to seeing and meeting some of the groups at Lamar and talking with some old friends. Should be there about noon for a couple hours.
