The Congressional Club recently celebrated it's 100th Birthday at The Hilton Washington in the International Ballroom.The luncheon was held in honor of Laura Bush.The theme this year was "The Many Splendors of Spring".The club was founded in 1908 to provide a non-partisian setting for friendships among the spouses of members of the House and Senate in Washington, D.C.
