I love taking video of Nature. So I was surprised when my Schauzer found the babies and mom. I didn't want to worry the babies, so I started taking video of their mom. The Owl family is living in a big Oak tree in my backyard. I see them all the time. In March, the babies will sit on a branch and the mom will sit opposite from them on another branch. They are fascinating to watch. My Miniature Schnauzer seems to be able to locate them with ease. Here is the mom owl sitting on a branch during a pretty good windstorm 3/19/08

Hey I have an owl in my back yard too. I just took a picture of it sitting in a pine tree...Hmmm thats odd to me..Just sharing my info.
