In the area of Tyler and Jasper Counties there were no support groups for families of children with Special Needs. When I had my son with Down Syndrome almost 17 months ago that is what I relized. I wanted to change that so I created the first support group in this area for the families of children with special needs. It is called OUR ANGELS and there we will be giving moral support, sharing information, and raising awarness for our children in the comunity. This has been a great need in this area for such a long time that I am so proud to annouce our meeting April 29, 2008 at 6:00pm at Jasper Newton Electric Co-Op in Kirbyville TX and there will be one every month.
