Here is a check of elevations in communities and cities across Southeast Texas with elevations below 25 feet.  Locations are divided by county and communities within those counties are listed alphabetically.

Locations are shaded in different colors to help you quickly understand your danger by elevation during a storm.

Southeast Texas communities not listed here from Hardin, Jasper, Newton & Tyler counties have elevations over 25 feet and should not be effected by any type of storm surge.
