COLLEGE STATION, Texas (AP) - Kevin Gonzalez had three hits and drove in two of Texas A&M's four runs in the sixth inning in a 5-4
win over Dallas Baptist today.
Aggies reliever Clayton Ehlert (6-2) and Travis Sterling
combined to shutout Dallas Baptist the rest of the way, with
Sterling throwing a one-hit ninth for his ninth save.
Darby Brown added two hits and also drove in a run off reliever
Chris Haney (6-4) during the go-ahead sixth inning for Texas A&M
(40-8).
Dallas Baptist (30-15) had built a 4-1 lead behind home runs
from Ryan Goins and Nick Santos, both off Texas A&M starter Barret
Loux.
