David Ingram

DALLAS (AP) - An apartment blaze in Dallas left a woman dead after she was seen on fire.

Dallas Fire-Rescue spokesman Jason Evans says someone outside the apartment noticed the woman ablaze on the balcony.

Firefighters on Tuesday night had to kick in the door of the unit to reach the victim. The 58-year-old woman was dead at the scene.
