SAN ANTONIO (AP) - A San Antonio man has been arrested in the killing of three people, including his girlfriend and their 2-year-old daughter.

San Antonio police said the 26-year-old woman, the toddler, and a male acquaintance were shot to death around 3 a.m. Sunday, July 5, 2009 in an apartment complex.

Police have not yet released the victims and suspect's names.

The San Antonio Express-News reported a security guard heard shots fired and found the 30-year-old suspect in the complex parking lot with an AK-47. The man was about to be charged with discharging his weapon in a public place when police learned that three bodies had been found at the complex.
