UFO; Radar shows large, fast, unexplained object in Texas

FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) - Radar documents examined by a UFO group stir up thoughts of an enormous aircraft without transponders traveling up to 2,100 miles-per-hour in Texas.
Kenneth Cherry is with the Mutual UFO Network, which has been studying phenomenon earlier this year in Stephenville and Dublin.
Cherry says the documents show ample evidence of unidentified flying object activity.
He says some of the information involves something "turning at angles not possible by military aircraft."
The group requested documents from the Federal Aviation Administration, military bases and other agencies under the Freedom of Information Act.
FAA spokesman Roland Herwig says he hasn't seen radar information and could not comment.
MUFON requested reports from the night of January 8th. That's when several dozen people in Texas dairy country reported seeing a large silent object with bright lights flying low and fast.
After talking to witnesses, MUFON investigators ended up looking into 300 reported UFO sightings spanning several weeks and said most were probably planets, cloud formations or stars.

I did't believe such a thing as a ufo. until one night by mother got such a shock when a spinning object almost came into her living room turned and hovered with glowing lights. it then took off across the sky leaving a strange trail of coloured lights. my mother is very honest and would not make up such a story. we thought the world was ending as the whole place went a mass of white lights. Yankee makes the point. Our solar system is 4 billion years old. They have 8 million years on us. Other than Larry King MSM has ignored the strongest evidence yet with the radar and multiple sightings. The Bible mentions giants and other worldly beings, not to mention "angels" and saints... Maybe our gov should not worry about the masses panicking and come clean. Of course literalistic christians will have to do some reckoning. Fitting that this happened in red state Texas. near W ranch.

A Yankee...while I agree with you that Edward Young appears to be pretty closed minded, try not to lump all of us christians together as one big basket of nuts. I happen to believe in both: (1) that we are NOT alone in this universe (and probably are being visited/observed), and (2) that Jesus Christ is the Savior of man. There's ample room for both doctrines to exist, and to be honest, both of them give me great hope the future.
