WACO, Texas (AP) - A student in Waco accused of threatening to blow up a professor has now been indicted on charges of child pornography possession.
Officials say 25-year-old Harvie David Hensley of Robinson also allegedly put a hand grenade on a desk and scared students so much that a class was canceled.
If convicted, Hensley faces up to ten years in prison on each of the child porn counts.
He's been jailed on $20,000 bail since November, when he was arrested on terroristic threat charges.
Hensley was taking criminal justice classes through another university at McLennan Community College.
His Monday trial on the terroristic threat charges was postponed because of the indictment.
The Waco Tribune-Herald reports the porn was found after police obtained a search warrant for Hensley's computer while checking complaints that he threatened a teacher in October.
His attorney didn't immediately comment.
