RENAISSANCE HOSPITAL GROVES HAS NEW OWNERS

On October 29, 2009, Renaissance Hospital Groves was purchased by Nguyen Healthcare Holding, LLC, solely owned by Steve Nguyen, a long time resident of the community. S & E Healthcare Groves-Operations, LLC will be the managing entity of Renaissance Hospital Groves. Steve Nguyen, a local business man and his wife, Eileen, who has extensive experience in healthcare, in conjunction with their CEO Michael McEachern, will do everything possible to make this a smooth transition for employees and Medical staff.

On October 30, 2009, the Nguyens held their first employee meeting to announce the new ownership and discuss the direction and positive future of the hospital. The meeting was well received and the employees expressed positive feelings to the new local involvement.

Mr. Nguyen became committed to buying the hospital February 27, 2009 when he saw a Renaissance Hospital employee carrying out her personal belongings with tears in her eyes. That was the day Renaissance Hospital Groves was told they would have to shut their doors and cease operations. “The community needs this hospital and I want to make sure they have the quality healthcare they deserve “states Mr. Nguyen.

The Nguyens are community people dedicated to making Renaissance Hospital Groves a stable and permanent part of the community, providing quality healthcare, pure and simple.
