Justice---personally, it's not my cup of tea, but the article does say Beaumont woman and states she was his aunt, and says she told him to report it, but that he was afraid of the don't ask don't tell rule. So did you read the article?

WELL THAT IS OUR MILITARY FOR YOU. YOU PROTECT OUR COUNTRY BUT THEY WILL NOT PROTECT YOU. EVEN IF THIS MAN WAS GAY THAT IS HIS CHOICE AND TO BE SHOT BECAUSE OF IT IS WRONG. EVERYONE KNOWS HOW PEOPLE WHO ARE GAY ARE TREATED AND LOOKED AT. MAY GOD BLESS THIS FAMILY AND GET ANSWERS TO WHAT REALLY HAPPENED.

How do you know he was not murdered because he was gay? Are you the murderer? If so, why did you kill him?

It is well known that DADT actively discourages gay and lesbian service members from reporting all types of activities, such as anti-gay harassment, sexual harassment and crimes seen while on duty for fear that resulting investigations will uncover their sexuality and lead to discharge under the policy. Unless you are the murderer how are you sure it was not a bias murder?

If your going to report the news, then report it correctly. FIrst of all, August did not have an Aunt IN Beaumont, and secondly he was not murdered because he was gay. Thirdly, he was never discouragedby the "dont ask dont tell" policy. Get your facts straight.
