Orange County Man Indicted in Double Homicide

An Orange County man is indicted in the death of two women.

On June 7, 2009 an Orange County Sheriff’s Patrol Deputy was stopped by a man around 12:30 a.m. He told the deputy he had just witnessed a murder. The deputy went to a home in the 4500 block of East Railroad and found two women who had been shot to death.

Police later arrested Martin Fox charging him with 2 counts of homicide.

The case Wednesday was submitted to the Orange County Grand Jury. The jury returned a two count indictment against Mr. Fox charging him with Capital Murder.

Orange County Detective Chad Hogan tells KBMT 12 news Fox remains Jailed and bond has been denied.
