Hotel Beaumont Continues Restoration Effort

David Ingram

Supporters of the historic Hotel Beaumont in downtown are continuing their efforts to restore the building.

Today, and every last Friday of the month over the summer, the retirement community is selling links and drinks to raise money for Restoration Projects for Hotel Beaumont.

The building once housed a prominent hotel in the city’s downtown area on Orleans Street.

The restoration projects, once complete, will help support the mission of the retirement community. It will assist and financially support the non-profit community that houses over one hundred seniors of Jefferson county and surrounding areas.

Hotel Beaumont is a non-profit assisted living and retirement community located in downtown Beaumont. Anyone wanting more information may call (409) 835-4503
