Lamar University Offers Inexpensive Furniture

Southeast Texans looking for a bargain on furniture may find what they are looking for from our local university.

Lemons Auctioneers of Tomball, Texas has been retained by Lamar to conduct an online auction to sell surplus residence hall furniture from Cardinal Village, Phase I. According to Lamar’s web page, the furniture consists of nearly 120 rooms of sofas, chairs, and assorted furniture.

The online auction will begin Friday, June 26 and continue through Thursday, July 9 with a preview day on Tuesday, July 7. All successful bidders may pick up their items July 13 - 17.
