7:00 a.m. Tuesday: Traffic on Interstate 10 West at the Purple Heart Memorial Bridge (Neches River Bridge) is backed up between Beaumont and Vidor as police try to clear an overturned vehicle. Drivers in the area should use caution and watch for stopped traffic.
