This was not an "incident" nor an "accident". Mr. Armstrong with intent chose to drink and with intent chose to drive; therefore, Lindsey was killed with intent and it should be murder in the 1st degree. Until the laws change and people are actually punished for their actions we can only expect more senseless deaths. If you are going to drink please be responsible and make arrangements for how you are to get home - if not for yourself then for everyone else on the road.

lindsey was one of my best friends. i feel that mr. armstrong was very irresponsible. this was not an accident. it could have been prevented! it just shows you how stupid you are if you drink and drive. you don't understand what lindsey's family would do to have her back. she was too young and not her fault. stop being immature about it. its one persons fault, not both.

I personally witnessed this family view their loved one tonight and it was heartwrenching. This has completely devastated a family and loved ones and it could have all be avoided. The choice of one man to get behind the wheel has forever changed the lives of many. My prayers are with the family.

THIS IS NOT AN INCIDENT OR AN ACCIDENT. THIS IS A DECISION THAT PAUL ARMSTRONG MADE TO DRINK AND GET BEHIND THE WHEEL OF A CAR!!! HE CAN NOT CHANGE THIS. HE HAD NO REGARD FOR ANY OF OUR LIVES. JUST THINK IF IT WAS YOUR KIDS OR MOM OR DAD, WOULD IT BE AN ACCIDENT THEN. YOU CAN NOT IMAGINE WHAT HER FAMILY IS GOING THROUGH. I HAVE TO FEEL (AS A FRIEND) ALL THE PAIN HER FAMILY IS GOING THROUGH. WHAT WOULD BE PRICELESS IS THAT LINDSEY GALLOWAY WAS STILL WITH US.

WHY ARE WE CALLING THIS AN ACCIDENT!!!!!!! If a drunk Mr. Armstrong had stopped on the side of the highway and shot Miss Galloway with a rifle, as she drove by, would we call that an ACCIDENT? Let’s stop calling these types of incidents accidents and start calling them what they are.

If you have a family member that needs help with drinking; please take the responsibility to get them the help they need before they kill someone from their drinking. They are not responsible enough for themselves so please take the step to help them. Do it for those you love and do it for others that loved ones could be killed by their drinking.

This is a terrible incident. Lets remember to pray for both families. What Mr. Armstrong wouldn't GIVE to most likely turn that day around would be priceless.....Let it be a reminder that life goes way too quickly to be irresponsible and to drink and drive. ITS not worth it.....NEVER !
