You can call the Beaumont Health Department and ask about getting your kids vaccinated against meningitis & especially have it done before they go to college.

Hate to say it the money. The swine flu really does not bother me but viral menagititus is something to be concerned about. If you keep your kids out of school guess what you could be fined. Whats a parent to do?

My children attend Nederland schools. It would be really nice if the district would inform parents of things like this. Guess they have a good reason not to. If parents keep their children out of school the district looses money. So safe kids or money. Which one wins
