Hardin County Woman Indicted on Murder Charge

The Hardin County Grand Jury returned a murder indictment Tuesday against Allison Marita Trahan, 40, of Sour Lake.

The indictment stems from the April 5th 2009 shooting death of Damien Louis Jones on Pine Shadows drive in Sour Lake, Texas.

According to KBMT file stories, Jones was Trahan's common-law husband. He was found with multiple gunshot wounds and died from his injuries.

After the Grand Jury presented the indictment to the Court, Judge Britt Plunk set a $500,000 dollar bond for the murder charge.
