Bryan Rupp

A Milburn Academy Student has been arrested for Delivery of Marijuana On Campus. Two others have been questioned by police in relation to the arrest.

A Beaumont Police spokesperson tells KBMT 12 news just after 10 a.m. Friday, November 21 that officials with the Richard Milburn Academy in the 1300 block of Pennsylvania called for officers after school officials found three students with marijuana.

A 17-year-old student was arrested and charged with delivery of marijuana to a child. He has been taken to the Jefferson County Jail.

Police questioned the other two, but little information could be released about them because they are under 17-years-old.
