Gambling Raid in Nederland

Jefferson County investigators have closed down what they call an "Illegal Gambling Operation" in Nederland.

Law officials raided a business in the three thousand block of Nederland Avenue. The operators were both arrested and have been charged with "Keeping a Gambling Place" and "Gambling Promotion."

Authorities say computer-based video slot machines were in operation at the business.

The Raid is the result of two-month investigation.
