You may have hoped it was just a one time deal but what we're paying for food continues to skyrocket.

In the past eight years the price of cheese has increased over 4 dollars and milk is almost there at 3 dollars and 87 cents.

The cost of beans, eggs, and bread are consistently rising and these statistics don't include the latest findings of these last three months.

And during this time, a local organization is busier than ever, but as Christina Hernandez tells us, it's also taking a toll.
