Port of Port Arthur Making Upgrades for Larger Ships

The port of Port Arthur making a lot of improvements lately.

The latest, a facility to handle large cargo ships.

This is good for the local economy as money pours into Southeast Texas.

President of the board of director's, Mark Underhill, tells KBMT he's really excited about the bond and saving money for the port.

He's pleased with the public for passing the bond issues and says the best is yet to come.
