A habitual car thief is back in jail today.

Jeremy Guy is being tied not just to multiple burglaries in the Beaumont area, but also Houston.

Around six a.m,, a woman in Beaumont's West End heard a window on her car shatter and saw a man driving away from the scene.

Guy was later arrested with the woman's belongings in the back of his car.

Beaumont police officer Crystal Holmes says he hasn't learned his lesson.
