MEDIATION - Your Alternative in Dispute Resolution

What is Mediation?

Mediation is a process in which people in dispute meet voluntarily with two trained, neutral mediators, who help the parties reach their own solution to the problem. The goal in mediation is to find a realistic, lasting agreenment that will eliminate the need for legal action having to be taken by either party.
